Zion Micro Investment Global Limited is incorporated as a private company limited by shares, meaning the liability of members is limited to the value of their shareholding.
- Authorized Share Capital: ₦1,000,000 (One Million Naira Only)
- Total Shares: 1,000,000 ordinary shares
- Share Value: Each share represents ownership and profit entitlement
Every investor’s number of shares works for them, and profits are distributed quarterly (every 3 months) directly to the investor’s registered bank account.
Investment Duration & Share Editions
The first share issuance is designed for three (3) years of operation: 2026, 2027, and 2028.
Shares are released in structured editions as follows:
- First Edition: 00001 – 10,000
- Second Edition: 10,000 – 20,000
- Third Edition: 20,000 – 30,000
- Fourth Edition: 30,000 – 40,000
- Fifth Edition: 40,000 – 50,000
